Gold Characters to Win BOSS Fight
Hello Gamers Today I will share Best Gold Characters to Win BOSS Fight.
We have about 70 Gold Characters and 130+ Equipment in the game.
I will be sharing few strategies which I found useful and used it win BOSS battles.
It may take multiple tries but it will get the job done.
OUTWORLD Team
This team was successful against many tower bosses
- Master of Souls ERMAC
- Mournful KITANA
- Gunslinger ERRON BLACK
Master of Souls ERMAC
Equipment – Reasons for selecting these equipment
- Revolvers – Unblockable chance and Critical hit chance
- Storm Hat – 20% Power generation
- Soul Medallion – 20% Power generation and 50% reduced Power cost on Special Attack 2
Start your match with ERMAC he will start with 3 bars of power.
Use his Special Attack 2 (Soul Blast) to snare your opponent and do high damage.
This will disable the tag-in for 30 seconds.
Now tag in Erron black.
Gunslinger ERRON BLACK
Equipment – Reasons for selecting these equipment
- Rusty Chainsaw – Unblockable chance and 50% reduced Power cost on Special Attack 2
- Earth Elemental Facemask – 30% Resistance to all DEBUFFs 20% Power generation
- Your choice (I would prefer any Power Generation Equipment or any Tower Accessory)
Gunslinger Erron Black has one of the best Special Attack 2.
Achieving 80%+ makes it unblockable along with critial hit and also breaks the shield of your opponent.
Now use his SP2 it will be unblockable, critical hit and break the shield.
Use his basic attacks, generate power and immediately use his Special Attack 2 and tag-in Kitana.
Mournful KITANA
Equipment – Reasons for selecting these equipment
- Bladed Fan – Unblockable chance and 25% chance to convert 50% damage to health on Special Attack 1
- Your choice (I would prefer any Power generation equipment or Shadow Sash or any Tower Accessory)
- Your choice (I would prefer Bloody Voodoo Doll or any Tower Accessory)
Use her Special Attack 1 to power drain your opponent and keep attacking them.
Using her equipment you can keep doing basic attacks and also have a chance to generate health.
Now tag in Ermac and repeat the process again.
Talent Tree is also very important. Talent tree set up depends upon the team you use.
Using this method you can Defeat the BOSS one by one.

The above Gold team I shared will help you win against Boss Kold War Skarlet and Boss MK11 Skarlet but it wont work against Boss MK11 Shang Tsung because of the Missile Gap Equipment.
Kold War Tower 120 battle tip
When you are fighting against Boss MK11 Shang Tsung make sure none of your team members die or else Shang Tsung will heal and if that happens just Quit the match.
If you watch the video you will understand what I am talking about.
To defeat Kold War Tower 120 Boss MK11 Shang Tsung I used Gold Triborg team.
Gold Characters Triborg Team has one of the best Team Synergy in the game.
Using this team MK11 Shang Tsung wont be able to generate power and use his Special Attacks.
Also in your Talent Tree -> Defense -> MAX Revenant and Shinnok’s Teachings, this is very important.
Now equip all your Triborg characters with basic block breaker Equipment and Power generation Equipment, if you have resurrection equipment that will help you a lot.
If you dont have any resurrection equipment use any equipment that can convert 50% damage to health on Special Attack 1.
Now keep attacking him with basic attacks and Special Attack 1.

Kold War Tower 160 Boss Battle using GOLD Team
To win this battle using Gold Team you can use Gold Outworld Team set up I shared.
You can defeat Boss Assassin Skarlet and Kold War Sub-Zero using that strategy, but it wont work against Boss MK11 Shang Tsung.
To defeat Kold War tower 160 Boss MK11 Shang Tsung you will have to break all his equipment which can be done using Treacherous Tanya.
Treacherous Tanya is the only character in the game that can break equipment of your opponent.
It wont work on all bosses, you have to check the modifiers.
So I will be using
- Treacherous Tanya
- Mournful Kitana
- Shaolin Kung Jin
These are the Gold Characters to Win BOSS Fight
Treacherous Tanya
Equipment – Reasons for selecting these equipment.
- Wrath Hammer – 1 bar of power
- Your choice (I would prefer any Power Generation Equipment or Max Health)
- Soul Medallion – 20% Power generation and 50% reduced Power cost on Special Attack 2
Make sure the specials used by Tanya are not blocked or it wont work, if he blocks your specials just quit the game and try again.
Tanya will have 3 bars of power at the start of the game.
Now use her Special Attack 2, you will have 2 more bars of power because of the equipment we are using, again use her special attack 2.
Make sure Shang Tsung doesn’t block your attack.
Now use Special Attack 1.
At this point you have successfully broken 3 of his equipment, use her basic attacks and again use her special attack 1.
After breaking all Shang Tsung equipment tag-in Mournful Kitana.
Mournful KITANA
Equipment – Reasons for selecting these equipment
- Bladed Fan – Unblockable chance and 25% chance to convert 50% damage to health on Special Attack 1
- Earth Elemental Facemask – 30% Resistance to all DEBUFFs 20% Power generation
- Bloody Voodoo Doll – 15% reduced power cost on all special attacks and 25% power generation boost.
You can keep using her basic attacks because of the Unblockable chance and use special attack 1 to power drain him and regenerate health.
Now you can attack him non-stop and not worry about missile or freeze because tanya destroyed his equipment.
Shaolin Kung Jin
I will be using Kung Jin only because of his passive which will provide Tanya with 1 bar of power.

Kold War Tower 160 BOSS battle using GOLD Characters
You can also use Gold Spec Ops Team
- Covert Ops Cassie Cage
- Kombat Cup Johnny Cage
- Kombat Cup Sonya Blade or Treacherous Tanya (Using tanya to disable boss equipment)
If you are using this team make sure to max Weak Point Attacks (Talent Tree Support). You will have 40% to snare your opponent.
