Mk Mobile MK11 RAIN will be available in the Mortal Kombat Mobile Update 3.2

MK11 Rain Passive

CLOUDBURST PASSIVE – Rain begins each match with 1 bar of power. Rain has a 10% Chance to immediately counterattack an opponent’s  Basic Attacks. This counterattacks applies the Soaked debuff. Characters affected by Soaked are slowed and take 35% more Damage from Lightning Attacks. Each instance of a Lightning attack will hit all enemies effected by Soaked (even those tagged out). Soaked debuff lasts for 20 seconds.

All MK11 and Raiden teammates have 400% recovery even when Rain is defeated.

Combat Effects: Soaked and Bleed

Special 2 – Thunderous Wrath

Combat Effects: Stun

X-Ray Attack – Edenian Spikes
